oh shit, london is going down
fergie's going solo, mihos.
just jared has the lyrics and download links for
london bridge.
pretty hot y'all. so will it be jt's or fergie's summer? we'll see.
Oh s***, oh s***, oh s***
When I come to the clubs, step aside
Pop the seeds, don't be hating me in the line
V.I.P because you know I gotta shine
I'm Fergie Ferg
Give me love you long time
All my girls get down on the floor
Back to back drop it down real low
I'm such a lady but I'm dancing like a ho
Because you know what, I don't give a f***
So here we go!
Chorus (x2)
How come every time you come around
My London London Bridge want to go down
Like London London want you to go down
Like London London be going down
Drinks start pouring
And my speech start slowing
Everybody start looking at you
The Grey Goose got the girl feeling loose
Now I wishing that I didn't wear these shoes
It's like everytime I get up on the dude
Papparazzi put my business in the news
And I'm gonna get up out my face (oh, ****)
Before I turn around and spray your ass with mace (oh, ****)
My lips make you want to have a taste (oh, ****)
You got that? I got the bass
i didn't know "sexy" was taken away...
listen to jt's new track, from perez hilton, of course.
I'm bringin' sexy back
Them other boys they don't know how to act
I think it's special... what's behind your back
So turn around and and I'll pick up the slack
Dirty Babe
You see these shackles baby I'm your slave
I'll let you whip me if I misbehave
It's just that no one makes me feel this way
Come here girl, go head be gone with it
Come to the back, go head be gone with it
VIP, drinks on me
Lemme see what you're working with
Look at those hips
Make me smile
Go 'head child and get your sexy on
I'm bringin' sexy back
Them other ?? don't know how to act
Girl let me make up for all the things you lack
Because you're burning up ?? get it fast
I'm bringin' sexy back
?? eye attack
If that's your girl, baby watch your back
Cuz you're burning up for me and that's a fact.(lyrics from

rentheads unite!
saw
rent recently on dvd. i'm in love again. loved the freakin' movie. i should see the play on broadway.
great songs, loved
i'll cover you. it was a happy song, sung by collins and angel as they walked along tompkins park in alphabet city, east village. then sung again by collins at angel's funeral.
i think they meant it,
when they said you can't buy love
now i know you can rent it
a new lease, you are, my lovethe story behind
rent is very interesting (and heart-breaking if you ask me). see
wikipedia for the story.
thank you, jonathan larson.
what makes a new yorker?
left at nine in the morning to catch my train to manhattan. sundays mean st. patrick's mass plus a trip to the rock to see ol' friends.
st. patrick's is full of course. once you get inside, the hall is packed of people taking pictures of the towering columns of the church, the saints standing perfectly still, and of the colored glass of the windows. all this while the mass is being held. damn tourists.
went to the met store for a few minutes with ex-co-workers. plans for dinner this thursday is being made. connolly's sound good. maybe bbq's. heather is adamant with connolly's though, an irish pub and resto that doesn't card customers. i would like to suggest mcfadden's at second avenue but we might get kicked out from the place, we tend to be loud. there was also talks of orlando bloom in 30 rock the other night when i visited before going to the meatpacking district. heather was devastated not to see the guy.
was about to go home when i decided to walk uptown. saw a different side of central park i've never seen before. went to bethesda terrace of course, to see my raphael. she looks better with water spewing beneath her feet.
walked along fifth to catch the train going back home when i saw a book stand that sells cheap books. for a lil over six bucks, got me two classics: dostoyesky's
the idiot and shakespeare's
the taming of the shrew.
was gonna stay in central park to read but all lawns were crowded. took the subway to bryant park instead and decided to read in the lawn, under the summer sun.
among high rise buildings and the noisy chit chat of new yorkers, i wondered what makes a new yorker? am i one? i dunno, but this sure feels like home.
